LA SPORTIVA PYRAMID Womens Gore-Tex Hiking Boot

The La Sportiva Pyramid women's is a lightweight leather hiking boot with excellent support and structure in the sole without being outrageously stiff. The heel has a lot of 'meat' to it, to give you good protection over rough terrain. This is a good shoe for long, fast day hikes and big weekenders. As always, it has the comfortable fit of a premium Italian brand hiking boot.

The La Sportiva Pyramid is a lightweight leather boot. The soft Nubuck leather feels very, very light-on. The Sportiva Pyramid is not one of those heavy, tough leather bushwalking boots. Despite having a leather upper, it also feels very breathable, thanks to Nano-Cell™ technology and Gore-Tex® Surround®.

The La Sportiva Pyramid has a few nifty little features. The top-most hook in the lacing system is designed differently, make it harder for the lace to escape. The heel cuff is padded and synthetic, giving your Achilles tendon room to operate. The pull tab is positioned lower than the heel cuff, so it won't irritate your Achilles, either.

The sole is Vibram® XS Trek, which offers great stability and wet traction.
