EXPEDITION

All RAB Expedition down gear is hand made in the RAB factory in Derbyshire, England. It is filled with carefully controlled premier down to produce clothing suitable for the world’s most extreme environments.

Expedition Salopettes
Down filled salopettes with Pertex® Endurance outer.
* Pertex® Endurance is used throughout it is both highly abrasion resistant and provides outstanding weather protection to the user
* 350g of 90% Goose Down in a narrow box wall construction eliminates cold spots and maximises warmth, 750+EU 850+US fill power
* Two way YKK full length side zips aid the user in putting on the salopettes. Both zips have down filled baffles to reduce cold spots

Expedition Windsuit
Lightweight one piece suit in Pertex® 6.
Essential in climates where Snow, Ice and Wind are your enemies. The windsuit seals out the elements, letting your insulating layers perform effectively. It provides maximum breathability with complete wind protection.

Vapour Barrier liner
A non-breathable, fully taped liner to use inside your sleeping bag to provide extra protection during extended cold weather use. It stops moisture entering the down of the bag, which can result in loss of loft and performance, that could mean the difference between success and failure on a trip.
