Another plus point is the wide adjustment available on the cleverly designed waist belt - with around 5-6" / 12-15cm movement on each size there is plenty of room for layer changes - or even a pound or two gained or lost!

The wear indicator is 'flagged' on the Wild Country harnesses by the bright label on the leg loops. Often the part at most risk on a harness are the leg loops especially at the point where the connect to the very robust Belay Loop. What ever material is placed ont he leg loops it always wears and sometimes - especially if you are sports climbing and 'dogging' a lot - this can be quite a rapid process

Therefore Wild Country have introduced a simple but effective measure of this wear by placing a different coloured material under the outer protective sheath making it mightily obvious when this sheath is worn through. The appearence of this (red) material gives a simple indication that it is certainly time to look at replacing your harness.
