Gluten Free. Eastern style dish of freeze dried beef, rice and vegetables in a soy flavoured sauce (small serve).
Bogong has been selling Back Country Cuisine freeze dried foods for many years. It is made in New Zealand using the freeze dried process which allows for quick rehydration. This is important on many outdoor trips and saves on fuel. These meals are especially designed for bushwalkers and outdoor enthusiasts and are easy to cook, nourishing and tasty. They may be augmented by extra base carbohydrates such as pasta, rice or Deb potato to make a larger serving.
