Bogong has been selling Back Counry Cuisine freeze dried foods for many years. It is made in New Zealand using the freeze dried process which allows for quick rehydration. This is important on many outdoor trips and saves on fuel. These meals are especially designed for bushwalkers and outdoor enthusiats and are easy to cook, nourishing and tasty. They may be augmented by extra base carbohydrates such as pasta, rice or Deb potato to make a larger serving.
