The Sterling Marathon series are hard wearing quality ropes and we have been selling them for many years. The Marathon Pro at 10.1mm is the smallest diameter of the Marathon series single ropes and as such easy handling and lightweight while reaining the famous Marathon durability. At 10.1mm, the Pro has performed to the highest standards on more routes than most of the competition combined. For an even harder wearing rope consider the 10.4 Sport, but there will be a weight and handling penalty. It features a low impact force and as with all of Sterling ropes, DryCore.
Marathon series are constructed with a thicker sheath for durability and long lasting performance.
