The Edelrid HMS Bulletproof Triple is a big carabiner with a triple-lock closure. In its wide, HMS-style basket, Edelrid has placed a steel insert to give it more durability in the place that it gets the most wear. Because the rest of the unit is made of aluminium, it's a much lighter alternative to a steel carabiner.
Also available in a screwgate version.
