THE TRACK AUSTRALIA 520KM - Q&A WITH SIA KINDBERG & JAY BAKER

Come along to hear about Sia and Jay's remarkable journey to prepare for, and experience running The Track 520km self-supported ultramarathon by Canal Aventure.
We highly encourage those planning a multi-day hike on the Larapinta Trail and elsewhere to attend. There will also be tonnes of prizes to give away and 20% all trail running nutrition.
Sia and Jay will be also sharing her experiences and advice regarding trail running in Australia, and how they prepare physically and mentally for all their serious adventures.
