The Exped Chasm 40 is backpack designed specifically for canyoning.
The Chasm 40 is a true specialist, with a freestanding design for easy loading. It's made from durable fabrics to withstand the rigors of the wildest canyons. Rope handling is made easy with the large top opening. And inside, there are lots of attachment loops in several colours to help you organise your ropes and gear. Finally, the bright colour of the Chasm makes it easier to see in whitewater and the darkest recesses of Blue Mountains canyons, for example.The 38 drainholes allow water to drain when you're abseiling down waterfalls, waist-deep in a creek or negotiating duckunders.
