About the Author:
Nate Fitch is a faculty member of the outdoor education department at the University of New Hampshire where he teaches climbing classes. He is active with the AMGA as a climbing wall instructor provider and a single pitch instructor assistant provider.
Ron Funderburke is an AMGA-certified rock guide and the national discipline coordinator for the AMGA single pitch instructor program. He serves as the head guide at Fox Mountain Guides and Climbing School and is a senior climbing specialist at the North Carolina Outward Bound School. Ron was a contributing editor on Rock Climbing: The AMGA Single Pitch Manual (Falcon).
