OR's most compressible storm shell is so light that you won’t notice you’re carrying it until a sudden downpour bursts into your day. It is the perfect jacket for weather protection for mountain running, day walking or rock climbing. It does not replace the functionality of a full 3 layer shell for multi day trips, but is ideal to tuck in your daypack for day activities. You won't even know it's there it is so light. Then if you need protection from rain, wind, or cooling temps pop it out and it includes all the features needed for true functionality, without any bulky excess.
