Rockclimbing Around Adelaide 3rd Ed - Badenoch & Adams
Quick Overview
This is an expanded, second edition of a guidebook describing about 1550 technical rock climbs within 200km of Adelaide.
Most of the climbs are at crags and quarries in the Mount Lofty Ranges. The book includes the history of roped climbing around Adelaide since 1962 and the current regulations and ethical considerations. Colour coding in the text allows the reader to distinguish bolted 'sport' climbs from 'traditional' climbs.
Photographs of the main cliffs are marked with routes and lower-off points. There are also photographs of local climbers in action.
