The La Sportiva Core is a fully synthetic mid-cut boot for fast and light trips. New GORE-TEX SURROUND technology allows the boot to breathe through the sole, while keeping water out, for the ultimate comfort in medium to warm conditions.

The Core combines La Sportiva's heritage in mountaineering, approach and mountain running to create a cushioned, lightweight boot for fast hikes.

While certainly not the toughest or sturdiest boot, the Core has become very popular for its light weight and extremely comfortable fit. It's the boot for people who don't want to wear boots!
