BC ROAST LAMB & VEGIES S/S Small

Back Country Cuisine Roast Lamb & veggies is an enduring favourite meal that we have sold for many years. Oven baked lamb and mint gravy with vegetables and creamy mashed potato (small serve).

Bogong has been selling Back Country Cuisine freeze dried foods for many years. It is made in New Zealand using the freeze dried process which allows for quick rehydration. This is important on many outdoor trips and saves on fuel. These meals are especially designed for bushwalkers and outdoor enthusiasts and are easy to cook, nourishing and tasty. They may be augmented by extra base carbohydrates such as pasta, rice or Deb potato to make a larger serving.

• Preparation: emove potato pouch. Add 125 ml (½ cup) of boiling water to meal pouch and add 125 ml (½ cup) of boiling water to potato pouch. Stir and stand each pouch for 10-15 minutes
