The DMM Dragonfly is a micro cam (that comes in six sizes) with a flexible stem. This makes them great for marginal placements, climbs that are protected mainly with pockets, or protecting narrow, parallel cracks.
This micro cam also has tiny features that help it grip slick rock better: giving you a bit more confidence on slippery rock types like slate or limestone.
The DMM Dragonfly size 5 is the second-largest in this micro cam series. If you're familiar with Alien cams, it's a roughly similar size to the 1/2 size green or 3/4 size yellow.
