EDELRID AUTANA Harness

The Edelrid Autana women's climbing harness is ideal for gym use, or times when you want a strong, lightweight harness. This harness feels quite stiff in hand, but once it's on, it you hardly notice it. Yet, it feels strong and supportive, and is comfortable to sit in when working projects.

The low-profile gear loops make this climbing harness ideal for gym use, where you just want something that's minimum fuss. The smaller gear loops don't protrude as much as bigger ones, and since you won't be carrying much gear in the gym, they do away with weight you don't need. Still, there are five gear loops (four gear loops in XS) for clipping your various lead passes, carabiners and belay devices where you like them.

The Edelrid Autana women's climbing harness is also a candidate for use in an alpine setting. As a women's ice climbing harness, it has nifty features like two attachment points fo ice screw clips. The five gear loops (four gear loops in XS) come in handy in this regard.
