HOW TO RETURN WEB PURCHASES
How do I return goods I have ordered online?
TO RETURN GOODS:
Download ourReturns Form Print it out, complete it and send it with the goods back to us.
If you do not have a printer make sure you include the following information when you return goods:
Today's date
Your name
Your phone number
Invoice number or order number
Date of purchase
Items being returned
Return reason (eg: doesn't fit, incorrect goods sent)
What you would like us to do. (Eg swap for different size/colour/product, send a refund, etc.)
