The Lowe Alpine Cerro Torre has been redesigned! The Cerro Torre backpack has been in Lowe Alpine's range for 35 years, and now it has an updated carry system that we are really impressed with here at Bogong Equipment.

VT FLEX™

The new carry system is called the VT Flex™, and you really have to try it on to see how effective it is at distributing weight. It's designed to comfortable carry up to 25kg with an excellent wrap-around harness and stabilising load transfer bar. Lowe has also designed the lumbar fit on the women's (ND) packs differently, to suit the female anatomy.

The Lowe Alpine Cerro Torre is the pack we recommend for committing multiday hikes and self-sufficient adventures. The Cerro Torre is designed to handle the weight of an extensive kit and is made with a tough TriShield fabric and hard-wearing nylon base. This 80- to 100-litre version is Lowe Alpine's biggest load carrier.
